PokéBeach - A Pokémon TCG fan site famous for early merchandise reveals, early card reveals, and their Japanese translations.
PokéGuardian - "PokéGuardian is a fan site dedicated to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, run independently by enthusiasts of the game. The website serves as a source of up-to-date news, blogs, interviews, columns, podcasts, and other TCG-related content."
Pokémon Card Database - A database of every Pokémon card that has ever existed.
Pokémon.com - The franchise's official website.
Serebii.net - A fan site known for its information on the animations and video games. Also famous for "PokéEarth" wherein every video game's catchable Pokémon and trainers are detailed for every route. Huge database like Bulbapedia.
Deck Building
Justin Basil - A Redditor famous for his Pokémon card translations, his website details what to play in both meta and non-meta budget decks. Also known for the Eternal format.
My Limitless TCG Decks - Build decks online without recourse to PTCGL.
Pokégear - “The comprehensive deck builder and viewer for the Pokémon Trading Card Game based on the pokemontcg.io API.”
PokémonCard.io - A site to post one's builds and receive feedback.

HouHou News - Has not been updated in a while. Summarizes card market prices and Champions League deck lists.
PokécaBook - The most popular Japanese Pokémon TCG website for deck lists. Covers a whole array of archetypes, especially rogue ones. (Scroll to the bottom and click "other".)
Pokécard Lab - Summarizes Gym Battle- and City League tournament deck lists.
PokékaMeshi - Summarizes Gym Battle- and City League tournament deck lists. Also helps Japanese players set-up VPN access for PTCGL.
Pokéka Win Decks - Links to the page where the strength of an archetype is "calculated with a focus on deck recipe strength and usage" as per top 16 finishes in Japanese City League tournaments. It also shows which Ace Specs are most popular in a given winning archetype.

PTCG Legends - "PTCG Legends is a resource catered towards the competitive Pokémon TCG community, with event info, results, stats, player info, and the game's history at the site's forefront. Prior to the site's launch no other site covered major events from 1999-2022+."
PTCG Retro Library - Covers decks 2006-2016.
Retro Pokémon TCG - World champion Jason Klaczynski's site chronicling the game's formats from 1999-2016. Contains numerous deck lists, strategies, and discussions.
SixPrizes - An archive of all older Pokémon TCG articles written on now-Expanded format archetypes.
Tournaments & Rules
Limitless Labs - Go through each archetype's use and results in regionals and special events. TONS of numbers. Lists every competitor in a given event with their full sixty. Information pulled from RK9 Labs.
Limitless TCG - The most famous site for reviewing recent tournament results and decklists, as well as organizing- and competing in online tournaments. Also has a proxy printer, card database, Swiss calculator, tabletop simulator, player rankings, and deck list image generator.
PokéGym - Rules for how cards interact. Includes a forum.
Pokémon Rulings Compendium - "The Pokémon Trading Card Game Rulings Compendium is a compilation of official rulings from The Pokémon Company, International (TPCi) for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This resource is compiled and published by Team Compendium, Inc."
PokéStats - "PokéStats was founded in late 2016 by American player Tate Whitesell, who became interested in the competitive Pokémon TCG after watching the 2016 World Championships but realized the game lacked a serious resource for statistics-based content."
